Our Content
The TalkingPDF platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Payment & Billing
TalkingPDF offers both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Plan — limited PDF uploads and message credits per month
- Paid Plans — expanded limits and premium features, billed monthly or annually
For paid plans:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
- Refunds are available within 5 calendar days of purchase per our Refund Policy
AI-Generated Content
TalkingPDF uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on your documents. Please note:
- AI responses are generated based on document content and may not always be accurate
- Responses should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it
- We do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of AI responses
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TalkingPDF at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data and uploaded documents
- Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the settings page.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalkingPDF, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
